Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Monitoring of the continuous improvement process throughout the plant;
2. Lead and Monitoring of Idea Management in direct and indirect area;
3. Support Grow Together 2020 project throughout the plant;
4. Support on CIP relevant projects;
5. Management CIP Team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or higher in an Engineering-related major, ideally Industrial Engineering;
2. 3 to 5 years professional experience in KVP/CIP;
3. German as mother tongue, fluent in English;
4. Very good knowledge of MS- Office;
5. Communication skills, logical thinking and data analysis skills.
