Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Being responsible for the establishment of Sany Capital India Private Limited.

2. Formulating and implementing company's sustainable development strategy according to its business development strategy.
3. Overall being in charge of company's operation and management, and responsible for leading the team to complete business indicators.
4. Being responsible for building company's core business system, risk control system, debt management system and asset handling system, etc.
5. Being responsible for organizational structure construction and team building, and building HR system such as performance appraisal and salary management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, etc., India nationality is preferred.

2. Understand the current situation and development model of Indian financial leasing industry, and have good industry resources.

3. More than 10 years’ experience in financial leasing industry, including 5 years’ experience of middle and senior management.

4.Has the quality of diligence, pioneering, enterprising and innovation, with international vision and intercultural cooperation ability.

Salary: 7140k-8160 k INR
