Our Chinese airline group Client is among the world’s top 12 airlines (2016 ranking) and the only Chinese airline rated as five-star by the consultancy agency Skytrax. Headquartered in Haikou, they cover over 600 domestic and international routes and operate a fleet of over 200 aircrafts. As part of their ambitious globalization strategy, they are building an International HR Team to better grow and support their international staff and represent the company to other international stakeholders. 

 

As an International HR Specialist, you will find, grow and support the people that set our client as a global leader and a great company to work for You will be based either in Beijing or in Haikou.


Responsibilities:


1/ Make weekly/quarterly/monthly/annual recruitment plan and complete daily interview according to weekly hiring needs raised by Operations, including screening and short-list the candidates and follow up the interview feedbacks;

2/ Take full advantage of Company’s recruitment resources, release & update the job ads. and recruitment information. Explore new recruitment channels;

3/ Complete C&B survey in oversea market on regular basis. Ensure the data collected be most update and accurate and check if Element Fresh keeps good competitiveness;

4/  Assist to complete kinds of recruitment analysis and review recruitment strategy on regular basis;

5/ Lead to complete kinds of recruitment activities, including new store opening, public job fair & campus job fair, etc, on regular time period;

6/ Analyzes the reasons of employee's dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company;

7/  Responsible for high level positions recruiting: including but not only senior level, management level.


Requirements:

 

1/ Bachelor degree, preferred major in Human Resources or related;

2/ At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment and management (campus recruiting experience is a plus);

3/ Be familiar with kinds of recruitment channels and with good resources or network;

4/ MS office proficiency;

5/ Good English communication in both oral and written;

6/ Optimistic, proactive, Integrity;

7/  Strong sense of accountability;

8/ Strong inter-personal skills at all levels;

9/ High sense of team working spirit;

10/ Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be self-motivated;

11/ Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.
