Our Chinese airline group Client is among the world’s top 12 airlines (2016 ranking) and the only Chinese airline rated as five-star by the consultancy agency Skytrax. Headquartered in Haikou, they cover over 600 domestic and international routes and operate a fleet of over 200 aircrafts. As part of their ambitious globalization strategy, they are building an International HR Team to better grow and support their international staff and represent the company to other international stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities:


1/ Planning, designing, directing and implement variety of training / development actions with the team aiming to develop the sustainable retail training system and office staff leadership with company’s strategy;

2/ Supervising the team for efficient programs management at current portfolio, be responsible for updating, execution and support of corporate leadership initiatives and programs target to different management levels, such as supervisory program, trainee program, e-learning promotion and sharing, subsidy , and other leadership development initiatives aligned with business strategy & key priorities;

3/ Manage the contents, instructional methods, delivery resources are not only current by also effective;

4/ Collaborative working with L&D stakeholders as well as internal/external learning professionals to conduct needs analysis, communicating and reporting of progress;

5/ Delivery courses upon availability and expertise;

6/ Other projects assignments as needed. 


Requirements:


1/ Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major;

2/ 3+ years’ work experience in training field with at least 3 years' hands-on experience in MNC;

3/ Strong analysis, problem-solving, facilitation skills that enable himself/herself to effectively plan, create and maintain efficient leadership development programs;

4/ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive team player;

5/ Independent, detail-oriented;

6/ Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and oral;

7/ Excellent computer skills required.
