For this new project, we are working with a leading private educational organization that specializes in helping motivated Chinese students to pursue their study plan in North America. Founded in 2006, they have close to twenty offices in China. Their motto is that extracurricular activities planning is as important as the study program or professional project to fully benefit from this exciting experience. They are now hiring experienced Educational Consultants in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
Each consultant will work with around forty students and manage the following missions:
1/ Provide students with tailored and individualized planning scheme before application;
2/ Provide guidance and instructions on carrying out the planning part;
3/ Provide constructive opinions on school selecting based on VIP students’ demands and overall competitiveness;
4/ Make a SWOT analysis on each student, especially enhancing their strengths for applications;
5/ Polish and edit students (Both regular and VIP students) essays, including content presentation and language quality;
6/ Provide interview workshop, coaching;
7/ Interact with students and their families and give regular feedback/advice on the study project evolution;
8/ Cooperate with the marketing and sales department presentations or lectures to teachers/students/parents (this position may require occasional travel in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou and other business trips within China).
1/ A master degree or above from North American universities;
2/ Previous educational consulting is preferred;
3/ Excellent ability in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
4/ Strong sense of customer service, good communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail;
5/ Integrity and honesty, ability to work under pressure, and a great sense of responsibility to students.
