As part of their ambitious globalization strategy, they are building an
International HR Team to better grow and support their international staff and
represent the company to other international stakeholders.
1/ Responsible for the recruitment management;
2/ Edit HR recruitment handbooks;
3/ Complete references, pre-screen candidates;
4/ Support and facilitates group and behavioral interviews;
5/ Help to manage a candidate pool in the recruiting life
6/ Deliver the required tasks in a reasonable time frame;
7/ Research new sources for candidates;
8/ In charge of the activities of foreign talent management
of HNA holding
Broadcast the HNA Company culture.
1/ Bachelor's degree or above;
2/ 2+ years of relevant working experience;
3/ Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
4/ Strong interpersonal communication and bilingual writing skills;
5/ Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook;
6/ Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
