Our Chinese conglomerate group client is regarded as one of China's global brands. First established as an airline company 25 years ago, the group has successfully undergone with great diversification entering multiple industries such as logistics, hospitality, real estate, retail, media and financial services. As part of their ambitious globalization strategy, they are building an International HR Team to better grow and support their international staff and represent the company to other international stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1/ Prepare the annual recruitment plan according to the existing preparation and business development, personnel needs, coordination and statistics of the project and department's recruitment needs;
2/ To establish and improve the company recruitment process
and recruitment system;
3/ Actively explore a variety of recruitment channels;
4/ Perform recruitment, selection, interview, selection and
placement;
5/ Establish reserve talent selection program and talent
reserve mechanism;
6/ Conduct the pre-employment test and resume selection
work;
7/ Responsible for the establishment and management of the company's cadre team construction plan, reserve cadre and special talent pool.
Requirements:
1/ Bachelor's degree or above;
2/ 3-5 years of relevant working experience;
3/ Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
4/ Strong interpersonal communication and bilingual writing skills;
5/ Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook;
6/ Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
