1/ Prepare the annual recruitment plan according to the existing preparation and business development, personnel needs, coordination and statistics of the project and department's recruitment needs;
2/ To establish and improve the company recruitment process and recruitment system;
3/ Actively explore a variety of recruitment channels;
4/ Perform recruitment, selection, interview, selection and placement;
5/ Establish reserve talent selection program and talent reserve mechanism;
6/ Conduct the pre-employment test and resume selection work;
7/ Responsible for the establishment and management of the company's cadre team construction plan, reserve cadre and special talent pool.
