Leading the current wave of globalization of China’s automakers, they are strengthening their R&D capabilities to better serve North American and European markets.
1/ e-drive system vehicle integration and calibration;
2/ Collect the latest testing technology of the motor and inverter;
3/ Definition and selection of major suppliers, evaluation of suppliers’ technical solutions;
4/ Integration design of power train;
5/ Solve technical problems in motor design, manufacture, calibration and test;
6/ Team building of E-drive design department;
7/ Improve calibration capability within the company, guide and trainer of engineering team.
1/ Master degree or above;
2/ Major in motor, power electronics, electrical, automation engineering;
3/ More than 5 years’ experience;
4/ Problem-solving and improving, teamwork and communication, resource management, strategic planning and financial management capability;
5/ Knowledge of theory and function of motor control system;
6/ Knowledge of inverter and motor design and mechanisms;
7/ Vehicle and bench test and calibration experience;
8/ Knowledge of EV and HEV;
9/ Software design ability;
10/ Theory of analog and digital signal, and electromagnetic field;
11/ Development tools: INCA/CANape; Matlab/Simulink; familiar with C and C++ programming and coding.
