Leading the current wave of globalization of China’s automakers, they are strengthening their R&D capabilities to better serve North American and European markets.
1/ Establish the future product development direction for E-drive system and battery based on the information collection of trend technology to achieve a world class product in 5-10 years;
2/ Design, development, test & validation of inverter HW;
3/ Benchmark the e-drive and inverter with leading companies to collect latest technology information;
4/ E-drive design process, production trial, manufacture, and test;
5/ Inverter HW performance improvement and identify the most advanced technical trend;
6/ Plan for improving staff technical competence, build up the test laboratory and decide R&D direction;
7/ Inverter team building.
1/ Bachelor degree or above;
2/ Major in electrical, electronic engineering;
3/ More than 10 years’ experience in HW development for motor and inverter of e-drive system;
4/ Problem-solving and improving, teamwork and communication, resource management, strategic planning and financial management capability;
5/ Design of electric circuit and simulation capability;
6/ Development, design and implementation of power electronics circuit driver and embedded control system for hybrids;
7/ Development tools: Matlab/Simulink, Cadence, Mentor Graphs, and EMC simulation SW.
