Our Shenzhen-headquartered group client is one of the global leading providers of diagnostic ultrasound devices. Since they established in 2002, they have pursued their mission of bringing innovative, high-performing, yet affordable equipment to their customers. 


Responsibilities:


1/ Prospect for potential new clients and identify new sales leads;

2/ Pitching products and service to the prospective customers;

3/ Maintaining fruitful relationship with the customers;

4/ Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization;

5/ Research and build relationships with new clients;

6/ Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;

7/ Participate in pricing the solution/service;

8/ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion;

9/ To search for 3rd parties companies and to collaborate/ partner/ joint venture with them to expand our product width and depth.


Requirements:


1/ A Bachelor Degree or MBA;

2/ Significant and proven result dealing with GPO, Non-Profit-Organization and Government agency that actively donate medical equipment to the emerging countries;

3/ A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills;

4/ Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating;

5/ Well-developed interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across functions within the group;

6/ To deliver results under pressure, and possess the ability to handle work stress;

7/ Able to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment;

8/ Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, budgeting, priority setting is appreciated;

9/ Strong project management skills is needed;

10/ Excellent communication skills both written and oral is needed;

11/ Able to write and read English language and understand of Chinese language will be an advantage.
