Our Shenzhen-headquartered group client is one of the global leading providers of diagnostic ultrasound devices. Since they established in 2002, they have pursued their mission of bringing innovative, high-performing, yet affordable equipment to their customers.
1/ Development and implementation of market research plans;
2/ Performs analysis to support decision making process;
3/ Compiles and deliver business intelligence reports on the regular basis;
4/ Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces;
5/ Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate;
6/ Maintains an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, market research, data manipulation and financial modeling and analysis;
7/ Develops and maintains relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges;
8/ Works with internal business customers to enhance their use of strategic analysis and market and competitor intelligence. Collaborates internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals.
1/ A Bachelor Degree or MBA;
2/ Significant and proven experience (2-5 years) with both qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies;
3/Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale market research and budgets including: market shares analysis, deep understanding of retail data, planning of brand innovation / equity projects, concept/product development, communication development and brand equity understanding/measurement;
4/ A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills;
5/ Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating;
6/ Well-developed interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across functions within the group;
7/ To deliver results under pressure, and possess the ability to handle work stress;
8/ Able to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment.
