About the Role:


(1) This client is looking for an Account Manager to help manage their relationships with clients across the country and internationally.

(2) An Account Manager is dedicated to building and maintaining strong client relationships on a foundation of open and effective communication, ensuring the company is positioned to deliver high impact results through our services that are in line with client goals, objectives, and expectations.

(3) An effective Account Manager must have an understanding of the customer service industry, and how it integrates with other aspects of marketing to effectively drive day-to-day execution of the services.



(1) Bachelor degree or above in business administration or related field

(2) Two year experience or more in a customer service environment essential, preferably within a large international organization

(3) Germany as mother language

(4) Excellent command in English, additional fluency in any other languages as an advantage

(5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(6) Demonstrable skill in independent problem-solving

(7) Be able to express comprehensive ideas in a clear

(8) Be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers

(9) Knowledge of customer service techniques and principles

(10) Experience of managing in a collaborative team environment, delegating workloads and authorities

(11) Familiar with CRM system

(12) Self-motivated, patient and professional

(13) Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure

(14) Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint



(1) Developing, coordinating and implementing first-class customer services

(2) The achievement of all client led Service Level Agreements

(3) Directly leading, developing, motivating, coaching, managing and organizing teams of Supervisor and Customer Service Advisers

(4) The provision of statistical and analytical insights to help shape and drive the operations to succeed in meeting the client’s SLA

(5) Maximizing productive efficiency within the company and improving on our current delivery and reporting processes

(6) Ensuring the quality of customer service

(7) Ensuring appropriate communication channels exist between the staff and customers

(8) Build up customer relationship and ensure business continuity

(9) Responsibilities may change as the business grows and so therefore any candidate will need to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
