Regional Manager, Shanghai with one of the most well-respected and well-recognized names in China for test preparation, student mentorship, and educational consulting. Seeking a graduate from a top 30 US University to manage program services, products, training, marketing, and sales for the Shanghai region.

THE POSITION
Regional Manager/Strategy Consultant

Service
-Manage Shanghai team and outlying cities
-Hold weekly service meetings with Team Leaders and Team Managers to communicate service priorities
-Meet with direct reports weekly to review student meeting agendas, problem-solve any student-related issues and brainstorm unique approaches to motivation, time management etc.
-Administer quarterly performance reviews to direct reports
-Review writing quality of team through Mock Admissions and provide concrete and tangible feedback on how to improve applications and writing quality
-Meet monthly with strategy cases (25-35 strategy cases at any given time)

Products
-Contribute to yearly product updates under Education Program Manager’s direction
-Provide feedback on products from team

Training
-Contribute to on-boarding training schedule under Education Program Manager’s direction
-Contribute to on-going training schedule for weekly team meetings, including working with products and various senior consultants to execute the training topics each week

Marketing & Sales
-Travel occasionally to outlying cities to deliver marketing seminars
-Work with marketing team to design seminar content
-Work with marketing team to develop case studies of successful results
-Work with marketing team to connect with past students to share their experience with current and potential families
-Conduct sales interviews with senior consultants to introduce company to potential clients
-Work with sales consultants to identify and sign qualified students 

REQUIREMENTS
-Graduate of a top 30 US University/College
-Passion for education, foreign cultures, and working with young scholars
-Excellent planning and organizational skills
-Excellent English writing and editing skills
-Superb verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently under pressure
-Experience in education, writing, editing, admission consulting, mentorship, and tutoring is a plus

SALARY AND BENEFITS
-25,000 to 35,000 RMB/month
