Curriculum Manager with a highly successful online language training company that delivers classes in over 60 countries. Seeking two curriculum managers, one for junior clients, aged 5-15, one for adult clients, aged 15+, to work with the in-house curriculum team. Both positions are located in Shanghai. For immediate start.

With more than 5,000 teaching consultants in 60 countries around the world, it is the largest online education platform that provides real-time interactive language training and easy access to experts on-demand through tens of millions of classes annually. The company was founded in 2004 and has grown to include offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Silicon Valley.

 

THE POSITION

Curriculum Manager - Junior and Adult Clients (2 positions)

-Increase overall learning efficacy of the junior or adult clients on the English learning platform

-Develop strategy on developing best-in-class English learning curriculum

-Provide strategy and guidance on learning content development including but not limited to lesson plan development, teaching guide, homework and progress assessment, etc

-Develop assessment framework and track learning efficacies

-Work with sales, marketing and client protection team to ensure transparency of curriculum

-Develop multimedia strategy to support curriculum

 

REQUIREMENTS

-Native English speaker with excellent writing skills and command of grammar and language mechanics

-A bachelor's degree or above awarded by an accredited university, TESOL or master degree in related fields preferred

-At least 24 years' old

-Front line EFL/ESL teaching experience with children/adults

-At least 5 years of curriculum development experience (online or offline)

-Deep understanding of common EFL/ESL English assessment/teaching frameworks (i.e. CYL, CEFR, Common Core etc…)

-Excellent project and team management skills

-Ability to think strategically and prioritize efficiently

-Passionate with EFL/ESL teaching with children or adults

-Highly self-motivated

-Ability to work under pressure and result oriented 

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS

-25,000 - 35,000 RMB/month
