Country manager with one of the largest heavy machinery manufacturers in the world. Five positions in total, seeking local hires from the following countries: South Africa, Nigeria, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines

THE EMPLOYER

Chinese heavy machinery manufacturer with global operations

The company is a Chinese heavy machinery manufacturer that has expanded to be one of the world's largest. It produces concrete pumps, mobile cranes, road construction and port equipment, pile drivers, excavators, wind-energy production equipment, mining machinery, and more in facilities across China and the world. 


THE POSITION

    -Responsible for the country's business including national business development, marketing, sales, services and integrated management

    -Plan and develop capabilities to support achievements and prioritization of the business objectives

    -Serve as the in-country legal representative for the company


REQUIREMENTS
    -Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, engineering, marketing, sales, international business and other related fields of study
    -English is the working language. It is preferred to master at least one other national language such as Chinese, Russian, French, Spanish, or Arabic
    -More than 8 years of sales/business management experience in the construction machinery industry or related industries; those who have worked in the industry's top ten companies are preferred

    -Direct sales, channel sales experience and industry knowledge

    -Excellent communication skills, strong customer development relationship and sales abilities

    -Experience in building results-oriented marketing and leadership skills that motivate teams to achieve goals 


SALARY AND BENEFITS
    -56,000 - 280,000 RMB/month (100,000 - 500,000 USD/year)
