Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, including social recruitment and campus recruitment activities to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly quota;
2. Responsible for compensation and benefits management, including but not limited to policy making and salary calculation.
3. Responsible for employee relationship management, and create a good team atmosphere.
4. Other HR related work.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, major in human resources management or related science, fluent in English or Chinese.
2. At least 5 years’ work experience in HR, preferably in MNCs.
3. Profession in HR roles with good ethnics, familiar with recruitment and labor law,
4. Strong initiative, good at communication and negotiation; can work under pressure.
