Responsiblities: 

• Serve for the company as an admin officer;
• Responsible for social recruiment and campus recruitment related activities, including new hiring, interviews and evaluations, collecting new hire information, coordination with vendors;
• Responsible for monthly reimbursement, including checking and approving team’s reimbursement in the system, reimbursing office expenses and etc.;
• Responsible for updating monthly office budget;
• Responsible for renting, arrange payment and maintenance the office and apartment;
• Other ad hoc tasks, such as insurance purchase, coordination between Singapore team and HQ etc.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in MNCs.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage operational processes and HR activities.
