Responsibilities:
• Provide professional leadership and management for drama, music and potentially dance in order to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students.
• Demonstrate extensive subject knowledge, and have the ability to inspire and motivate students to develop their performance and theatre making skills.
• Make contributions to whole school strategic direction and development
• Offer all students a broad, deep and interconnected education of the Arts to sustain a lifelong understanding, appreciation and interest.
• Establishing, communicating, and demanding high expectations for student learning, and quality of work.
• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as required to ensure the efficient and effective running of the school.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 2 years Drama teaching experience.
• A genuine passion for teaching drama and a commitment to a full and inclusive extracurricular program.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a drama classroom including maintaining materials, budget, equipment and room space.
• Interpersonal and highly efficient leadership skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
