Responsibilities:

1.Serve for the company as an admin officer, responsible for renewal work pass, monthly budget, staff expense reimbursement and procurement for the office items, etc.;

2.Work with headquarter’s HR staff to do local recruitment and hiring, staff work attendance and team building;

3.Assist the preparation of local marketing events and develop media and social media;

4.Other daily admin and HR related work. 

Requirements:

1. At least Polytechnic or Bachelor’s Degree. No requirements on discipline. An interest in electronics industry.

2. Strong experience at HR/Admin operation, familiar with Singapore Employment Act.

3. Good organizational skills with ability to manage operational processes and business activities.

4. Familiar with digital marketing, event planer is preferable.

5. Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.
