Wallabaga is seeking a Product Development Manager to serve as the central engine behind new products, product modifications, size launches, packaging overhauls, and product line management across our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead new product development and modifications across multiple brands, translating brand/business requests into clear product specifications
Review and approve spec sheets, prototypes, and samples for quality and brand alignment
Maintain deep knowledge of the full product catalog, identifying and resolving inconsistencies across sizes, specs, and features
Collaborate with procurement to source and qualify suppliers, staying engaged through launch
Act as the central point of contact between brand teams, business managers, procurement, and operations
Manage multiple cross-brand projects simultaneously

Requirements:

5–10 years in product development, product management, or related role
Background in CPG, food & beverage, pet, beauty, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing
Experience managing product changes across multiple brands/product lines
Strong understanding of packaging development (materials, dimensions, structural/print specs)
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Highly organized, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
