We are looking for a meticulous and reliable French Translator to support our business operations in Singapore and regional markets. You will be responsible for translating and localising content between Chinese, English and French, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance for target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate documents and contracts from Chinese and English to French and French to Chinese and English accurately.

• Review and proofread translations to ensure high quality and consistency.

• Localise content for different French-speaking markets (e.g. France, Canada).

• Support translation of business documents, marketing materials, and internal communications.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.

• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Translation of meeting discussions.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and French.

• At least 2 years of experience in translation.

• High attention to detail and strong language accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.

• Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g. SDL Trados, MemoQ) is an advantage.

• Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field preferred.

• Able to travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate, technical, or marketing translation.

• Understanding of localisation for different regions.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
